How can I make a return?

To make a return and recieve a refund, items must be unused, returned in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. We reserve the right to refuse or make a deduction if the product is not in a res-saleable condition.

How long do I have to make a return?

Our returns policy, in addition to your statutory rights, entitles you to a refund within 14 days of receipt. This does not affect your statutory rights.

How long does it take to process my return?

Please allow 7-10 working days for your return to be fully processed from receipt.

How do I track my return?

You are responsible for paying for your shipping costs when making a return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning your full order, the original shipping* costs will also be refunded.

If you are shipping an item over £50, we advise using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or goods damaged by the delivery company.

Once we’ve processed your return we will notify you via e-mail.

 

*Standard shipping costs only. Does not apply to any special services such as next day or pre 12pm.
